Just moved to Cranbrook from Vancouver and was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I emailed at night and first thing in the morning I received a call asking what it was I needed. He took the time to listen and give me some ideas. Further to this he provided same day service… which was prompt and amazing. I’ll use him again for any lock needs and 100% recommend him for anyone who needs anything to do with locks!

I was in a pinch as an employee lost the keys to buildings. Dan was there when I called and gave GREAT service. He is very reasonably priced and does great work. I would recommend Dan 100% to anyone. He is very personable and very polite. He does not waste time, he gets the job done quickly and professionally. 5 Stars for Dan!!!!! Thanks for the awesome job Dan :)

I lost my Chev AVEO key on a trip and was taken to Dan's place by the tow truck driver from the airport. It turned out to be a complicated situation getting the right key and programming it, but in the end, Dan came through with his expertise and I came home with 3 extra keys. He and his wife made me feel at home and taken care of, it's clear they get high ratings for good reasons. He was also generous in his costs...this happy customer would recommend his services and and shop experience to anyone needing it.

Professional, knowledgeable, affordable, prompt service! Saved me a costly tow bill and expensive OEM parts and service. One phone call to Dan, he knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it.
