Viking Hotel
This hotel looks shady on the outside but is a gem on the inside. Don’t let the outside appearance foolyou. The owner Mario is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. They just completed renovations to some of the rooms and are continuing to renovate the remainder of the rooms. We are in Viking for hockey tournaments at the Carena Ice arena and it’s about 2 min. away by vehicle. It’s a great option for an entire team if you are thinking of staying in Viking.

Viking Hotel
The owner of the hotel was very accommodating and went above and beyond for his guests. Mario takes great pride in what he does and it shows. Our room had 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette, it was very clean and quite large, also well priced. Perfect for a weekend with our kids. The location was great for our hockey tournament, close enough to walk to the rink. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Viking area.

Mario was probably the best host a person could expect at a hotel. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable.Get place highly recommend staying there. For a small town it’s the best you could expect for.

Very nice modern rooms and very clean. Restaurant with bar underneath has great wings, VLTs and a pool table. The staff was very kind and overal had a lovely stay.

Rooms are very very clean and the building smells really good. Comfy beds, all the amenities you need for a long term stay. Service is great and prices are a really good deal.

Great rooms at a great price. Really enjoyed our stay as a team. The owners Mario and Mia are the friendliest people around and we had top notch service. Definitely staying there again.

Rooms are clean and cosy however,they are not designed for long term stays. Some of the rooms have electric stove but most of them don't.would be nice if they could improve the privacy of each rooms. I often hear shower running from the next room or becomes noisy when someone talks ...Overall great customer service from the owner and rooms are good for the price.Hope they will fix these issues in the future.Cheers

Small older family run hotel attached to a small town bar. Room was updated and very clean. Price was great and the service was great. I was a late arrival and bartender doing double duty" prioritized my check in when I introduced myself as calling earlier for a room. Entrench way up to the second floor was very nice. Noise from the bar was faint. Couldn't hear it with the TV on low. Bed was very comfortable."
