Purposely sought out in person shopping to get a great fit.I didn’t appreciate the gatekeeping model of sales where they want to tell you what size to get and slow up the buying by making you wait to a room, wait for a measurement, wait for the styles they choose to be brought to you, wait for someone to come back with proper sizes and customer choice of bra style.I felt like they weren’t that interested in selling.Employees were busy chatting while I waited and waited in the cold change room. Gave up and left.

While I love the fit and feel of both bras and undies every single thing I own from here lasted only 6-7 months.Underwear stiching is undone. The lining is also undone. So disappointing since I really think the fabric and fit is to good. The period panties wear amazing but same thing the liner in them is unstitching. For a pair of undies I paid 50+ dollars for lasting less than a year is disappointing.

Overpriced for so-so quality - nice at first but within a year their underwears and leggings started to deteriorate on me…I have old undies from la senza that are like 10+ years old that hold up better, but maybe that was the good old days when things were made better lol

I love these bras. I am the proud owner of 6 pullover evolution bras. The most comfortable fit of my life. Perfect for summer days under tank tops, long flights or just hanging arround the house. The fit snug at first so don't be alarmed. They do fit to your body after a few wears.

Haven't been to the store in Vancouver, looking forward to going. Just wanted to say I love Knix underwear and love the idea of the bras, but Knix has still not designed a bra suitable for the larger sizes. They sell bras for up to G cup, but practically, these don't work. You need wide, adjustable straps and a WIDE band under the cups, this is what is always missing. Without the wide band, and with the wonderful stretch fabric you use, let's just say things can pop out when you least expect it. Get all these design elements in one bra that goes up to G cup and I will order a dozen.

Everyone is so kind and willing to help, they made me feel so comfortable and the bras were really comfortable. That's all I was shopping for but I'm sure I'd go back. Great experience, especially since I can be a bit awkward socially.

Glad that the store has increased in size and we didn't have to wait 30 minutes like before just to get inside. My daughter and I went in wanting to purchase some bathing suits. I guess because it's the end of winter and beginning of spring, they didn't have much. No one came to ask us for help even though we saw 3 sales associates standing behind the cash register chatting. Maybe it's because we were of Asian decent because when another non-Asian couple entered the store, a sales associate went immediately to greet them. No one acknowledged us even as we left. I guess we won't be going back but then, they don't have much in the store anyway.

The staff here are very kind and helpful. I've been here twice, and both times they were attentive, efficient, and helpful. Also, the bras are very good - you are almost sure to find one that fits well. The swimsuits are cute and functional and well-made too. If you aren't ready to buy in store or they don't have your size/colour, they will write down the name of the garment and the size that fit you best and you can order it online!

Outstanding shopping experience. We went in for period swimwear, which worked exactly as promised btw, and I was so impressed. We were in a rush and the customer service person who helped us was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the store is bright and clean. I hope they open a location further east like Coquitlam or Langley, but until they do, I’ll definitely be back, even with an hour drive each way.
