Should employ people with a bit of understanding

First time in vancouver at 12:00 noon pacific tine . Applied for welfare and was told i needed sponsors and endorsment and received my sponsors and endorsements within half hour . was situated at the dunsmuir house on homer with two nightly snacks of two slices of pizza and a pop. Stayed at dunsmuir house. Went cruising around and met alot of people . couple months later went for id and cost 75.00 at local office. All togeather applied for 3 services cards. Was approved. Now trying to enroll in hospitality program .this was 97,98,99 arounded time frame.

All of the workers here suffer from compassion fatigue.I went in to sort out some paperwork and there were a lot of sketchy people, some of them raising their voices at the tellers and it's obvious the tellers are fed up with it.When I was next in line they couldn't care less about the problems I had.I explained the problem in detail only for them to repeat the same responses like they were robots back to me. I experienced the stereotypical bureaucratic run-around, I was given two different phone numbers to call, one of which was an automated info line and had no option to speak to a person.The other number let me speak to a person but they told me that they can't help and I should go back to the office. They we're all very defensive and quick to argue as soon as I explained what the people on the phone line said, and refused to call the line themselves.I really hope the workers here get their ducks in a row, because they're incredibly unhelpful.
