My Shiatsu Massager was no longer usable. The mesh had holes in it. He replaced the material with leather and it is amazing again. And now with the leather instead of mesh nylon material it will last forever! Thanks again Chris and Missy!

These guys are absolutely amazing! Care 100% about all their customers and Chris is EXTREMELY knowledgable. 100% recommend for all footwear needs! I gave them my favourite pair of cowboy boots I've had for 10 years that were starting to fall apart and needed quite the TLC he gave them back to me shinier than the day I bought them!! So extremely happy with the result and very fair price! Check them out for sure!!

I had the most blessed opportunity to come into this shop to learn what a cobbler does, as I am someone interested in the trade. Absolutely blown away by the knowledge and care that Chris puts into his work. This is a man who can create something out of nothing and create absolute magic. Missy up front is so caring and ready to try and help.It can take a bit of time for a repair but a repair from here is one that *lasts*. If you have a piece of footwear you love dearly that is falling apart, this place is an absolute miracle. After a day of observing the way Chris works, I would trust this man with everything from 2019 Birkenstocks to 200 year old military boots.

I am so please that Peterborough has a shoe repair place! Conveniently located downtown in Peterborough Square, I brought in some old sandals with a heel strap that was starting to split and they were able to attach a patch that looks fine and works great!They also took the time to polish up the leather and now my 20+ year old Birkenstock house sandals look almost new!We will be bringing them all of our footwear in need of attention.

I'm very glad this shop exists. The sole of my dirt bike boot was falling off after 2 seasons of riding. Very poor quality for a $600 boot.The shop glued the sole back on, its a bit ugly but that was at my request, I wanted it to never let go again and be waterproof so I said use excess glue. This boot requires function over form.I'm very happy with the final result, I should be able to get a couple more years out of the boot.Very reasonably priced.

I am new to Peterborough and need all of my footwear adjusted for a noticeable difference in leg length after a surgery. I gave them one shoe to see the quality of their work and was very pleased and have given them more shoes as well as boots with complete confidence. I’m also happy to support a new local business during Covid-19 challenges.

Took my partner's old Blundstone boots in to have them repaired as a birthday surprise, and he thought I had bought him a brand new pair of boots! He had used shoe glue on the edge where the leather had ripped apart from the sole, which had proven to be no good. The elastics also needed to be replaced. Heel 2 Toe fixed both of these issues as well as sealed the leather to make them waterproof and reattached the leather to the sole. I had such a great surprise when I met Chris and Missy. I didn't know this kind of business was still around in Peterborough. I love that we have the opportunity to fix our shoes rather than just throw them out and buy new shoes. Also, their customer service and approach to finding solutions was refreshing. They are a lovely team and have honed the craft of fixing anything from running shoes to Birks to boots. Give them a try!

I can’t say enough about the quality of work and customer service! I took a new pair of sandals in to see if the soul could be made non-slip because my 90 year old father needs to have a solid footing at all times. Not only were they able to do these, the workmanship is phenomenal. If you didn’t know this was done, you would think the souls were purchased this way. Thank you again for your outstanding service and incredible workmanship/skill. Highly recommend!! I’ll be back for other repairs for sure.
