Great selection of glasses. Went in tonight with my fiancee to just browse. The store is very upscale looking and the employees are very personable. To me, the best part of the experience was that the employees did not pressure us, follow us or ask us a million questions. I really appreciate this from any eyewear store. Will be back to buy glasses when I have more time to browse. The lady was nice enough to write the name of one of the glasses on a piece of paper for me before I left. Thank you :)

I recently visited Oscar Wylee in the Oshawa centre for a collaboration on their frames, and I had to leave a review to talk about their amazing staff and service. Karan and Abideh were both extremely professional, accommodating and made sure my husband and I were taken care of and comfortable at all times. They helped educate us and provide us with vital information with choosing our pair of frames, which I appreciated immensely, as I’ve never done this before. We both had a great overall experience and would definitely recommend to our friends and families. And we are both extremely happy with our own Oscar Wylee frames!

First of all, I must say the optometrist Larry is amazing. He is thorough, friendly and makes sure you are in the correct position to ensure you get the best prescription.The store staff are also diligent and friendly. Once they were told what I wanted several frames matching my criteria, several frames were placed in front of me to try. I found the perfect for both my regular glasses and sunglasses from the frames placed in front of me. Cudos Oscar Wylee Oshawa Centre!

I recently visited the Oshawa Oscar Wylee location and the staff was so helpful, especially this young lady named jules. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She recommended the perfect glasses for my face shape and recommended the blue light filter lens since I look at screens all day. she was also funny and had great energy. I will definitely be back for my next pair!

I had an excellent experience at Oshawa Center Oscar Wally. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit.He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and he provided valuable guidance in selecting the perfect pair of glasses for me.He was patient and understanding, answering all my questions and offering professional advice and helping by e-fill up the insurance document.

The best place to go for Glasses. The ladies were so so kind and honest. Even if they didnt like the pair they would suggest another. they have many glasses to choose from. I truly do recommend this optometrist!!! Best one ive been too!

It was time to get new glasses for myself and the rest of the family and my first initial visit to Oscar Wylee was great. Before I went into OW I was scoping out prices of the frames and lenses. I went into two other places in the mall to inquire but OW stood out the most for their level of service. Shoutout to Chelsea who not only gave me the information I needed but told me about the promotion they were holding. I left the store happy because I was given the estimates I needed so I knew I would be back.Two weeks later I came back and again was given great service from the associates that worked there. They were patient with my two boys that required glasses and helped us choose frames that suited them. We also booked an appointment for my husband with their in house optometrist and we pretty much purchased glasses for the whole family.When I had to pick up my glasses the store was closing. The Associate Manager Jules was kind enough to let me in and assured the adjustment was accurate. Thank you Jules!We stopped by OW last week because my little one needed an adjustment. Jules and Karan the Store Manager was kind enough to help us out once again until the frames were perfectly adjusted to his face.We really appreciate the quality of the glasses, the level of customer service and professionalism that the team has.
