Don’t recommend here at all! Our waitress was rude and impatient, waited for 15 minutes to get our drinks and she forgot my husband’s beer which we ordered at the first place.and she completely forgot daughter’s drink and dessert ( which included her kids meal), I had to remind her Two times to get her drink,which was 40 or 45 minutes after we arrived and they wasn’t even busy, and finally got our food and my daughter’s broccoli taste like raw (or they probably just rinsed it with some hot water),the only thing tasted good was the chicken quesadillas .

Excellent service and the boneless wings were very tasty. However be aware of 2 additional charges to your bill. The first is a BAIF fee (8%) and if you use your credit card you will be charged a processing fee (2.4%)!!

Food was fantastic both got a delicious meal. Was able to sit out on the terrace outside. Group of kids nearby where treated really well by staff, answering their questions and getting the things they need.Tourist tax was unnecessary though I understand this is not the employees fault who proposed he could take it off.Bathrooms leave a lot to be desired as far as cleanliness goes.

The bourbon steak was very delicious! It’s worth the money and it came 5-10 min after the order straight from the kitchen. I had it medium done and it was a good choice.

Right outside the Oakes Hotel, we had a coupon to spend here. Upon entry we were seated quickly. The menu features a lot of options, but at a hefty price point which seems to be a common theme in Niagara Falls. We got a trio of appetizers including waffle poutine, popcorn shrimp, and quesadillas. For my main I got the Quesadilla Burger. All the food listed was very impressive, and I was very surprised at how good the waffle fries were in the poutine. The waitress was very friendly and always wanted to make sure we were satisfied. All in all, a very good place with an unnecessarily massive price tag.

Great place for the happy hour, the drinks are good and the appetizers are good too, I would not pay full price for some of them though. We tried the ribs, popcorn shrimp, poutine and tacos (new appetizer item).Everything tasted great but the wonton tacos were my favorite by far, it comes with 3 pieces per order. They are the perfect size for one person, they were delicious! Service was good and friendly as well. Definitely coming back for happy hour. Tried the breakfast but it was not good.

It is an nice place to have a mealFood was ok. Portion is good too.Family and kids friendly.Ordered medium steak and got it rare, asked to have it cooked to medium, came back well done.Service was slow. Not much help with recommendations. They actually put in an automatic gratuity of 18% on the bill for a table of 6.Note the BAIF of 8% (this business area improvement fee is voluntary and can be asked to be taken off the bill). Very common around some businesses in Niagara.

We are huge Applebee's fans, and we're a bit disappointed. The staff and service were fantastic! Super friendly and welcoming. I was actually surprised how few diners were there, considering it was dinner time. The fish tacos were good. Otherwise, the food was OK. It wasn't horrible, but it certainly wasn't good, but edible. Definitely not what we think of for Applebee's. The price point is higher due to the area, but $11 per beer is a bit much. So food would be a serviceable 3 stars, but the service was exemplary! I expected better food quality for the inflated price point. That being said, the following day, it justified The Keg next door, where the food was considerably better, for $20 more on our bill.

Love the food here. Portions are huge and the price is okay.Great staff. Nice looking interior with pretty cool bar. Fast Kitchen. Free WiFi. Clean facility and washrooms. Paid parking lots in surrounding area. Take the Blue Line Bus for this location. Note: A Promotional Fee will appear on your bill. It is NOT mandatory or a tax. It is honestly a plague to tourism in Niagara Falls.
