Marks, it’s like the Canadian tire of Canadian clothing and work gear. Huge selection of safety gear and boots. Casual clothing etc. online shopping is even better with easy store returns possible. Lots of covered parking at this location.

Today I shop at the Market Crossing store and the cashier gave us an attitude. Not sure if she knows the rules of the store or she was just lazy to do her job. We purchased pants for our 14 years old boy, since he is of heavy built an adults small size will fit him, we told the cashier so we can get the tax exemption as per BC's Law. The first answer I got was... we don't have children cloths in the store"... and later she added..."since the pants are on sale the exemption will not apply"... even the other cashier beside her was laughing at us. Please...properly train your staff so customers will keep coming back to shop."

I was shocked in my recent visit to Mark's to find that men's black denim jeans are now selling for $100 a pair. The only consolation is that two pairs could be bought for $150. But they didn't have two pairs of the size I wanted.I wonder if the lack of competition since Army&Navy closed has anything to do with such scandelous prices.

Went through 4 boxes all marked the wrong size. Asked if we needed help as store was closing. Probably just bad timing. I can get shoes cheaper elsewhere though.

I receive boot vouchers from my company annually and have always had issues using it at other branches because they didn't know how to process it and rather made me look like a Kyle. This store knew what it was and processed it promptly. I'll stick to this store every new year.

Lots of convenient, covered parking. The spacious layout and thoughtful floor design make for a pleasant shopping experience. Floor staff were excellent. Went for waterproof shoes and bought the Mark’s brand windriver boots which fit incredibly well. Walked 4K in the rain next day and didn’t think about my feet once. Dog-friendly, too!

Not many staff if you need assistance but the ones there were helpful eventhough running from the till to do anything. Not wide selection of general items but good selection of specialty items.
