Had a PPE done today by OVLAC. The absolute worst experience ever. Blatant liars and cheats. You should lose your license for your behaviour. You lied about what happened (completely fabricated an event that never took place) and did not even provide any objectivity in your assessment. Purely subjective with zero metrics to measure from. Crooks and liars!

Great staff. Great at what they do! Fur babies have always had the best care when they have been there. Lucky to have this large animal hospital in the area.
