STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.This is the absolute worst dry cleaners I have ever been to. I brought in a $1,800 moncler winter jacket. They shrunk it a FULL size down and ripped a draw string off the hood. Then they tell me the draw string was already ripped prior to being brought in. And that down jackets will shrink when dry cleaned. But every other cleaners I've brought this jacket into didn't shrink it or damage it. The string is ripped off so bad that it hangs half way down the jacket.. Like I wouldn't notice that?I wouldnt be surprised if they took their customers clothes to a coin laundry mat to wash.

My faaaavourite dry cleaners!! I will go past the cleaners that are closer to me to come here. They have never lost anything of mine. They’ve gone above and beyond and fixed buttons. Always quick, does a great job and fair price.

I took my wool duvet there for dry cleaning. I told the employee that it was wool and it must be dryclean only. She put a special tag on it indicating this. 3 weeks later, I finally got it back and found it had been washed. The wool was all shrunken and hard making the box- stiched cover loose and bubbled all over. It was very obvious it had been washed. The employee took it back after charging me, then said the plant would contact me. Still waiting . Never again using this company.
