False advertising!!!! They list prices on their website and store displays, but add the word from" in front of the price

Unfortunately this review is more based towards Mobile Klinik corporate, but this location has some responsibility despite the employee being kind and helpful. I made an appointment online to get my Pixel 6 (1 gen old at time of review) screen replaced but when I showed up I was told that this location doesn't have a direct line" to get supply for those phones anymore. It seems wild to me that a cell phone repair shop doesn't have access to screens for a relatively new-ish phone. I understand that it's not exactly this location's fault

I went into the Okotoks store to get help figuring out why my phone was not charging. I received prompt service and was not charged because the representative took about 10 minutes to clean out the input and speaker. While waiting, I spoke to the representative about buying a certified pre-owned phone - they had fantastic deals! Thank you for the exceptional service. I will definitely be back to buy a phone once my current phone dies.

Came in to get a screen protector, I recently had my screen replaced at what I thought was a decent place. The guys here noticed my screen wasn't sitting right and being held together with tape. They fixed everything as best as they could. I will always come back here don't go to a second rate place, go to the professionals the first time.

10/10 would recommend!!I went in to get a screen protector put on my phone. Olga was great, she was able to get it to stick better than anybody that I've used before.I was having issues with backing up my phone so I went in to see if they could help. Derrick went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted. Very knowledgeable, friendly and great customer service.Love having such a helpful place right in town.
