Was charged 15 dollar more than usual with the argument that the car was very dirty. There was no warning on this. Well, the car was clean at the end, but I would like to be notified in advance avoit this price increments.. I agree nobody works for free ,but customer got the right to know the total price in advance.

Car was cleaned well, despite it being the most expensive in the area but done well, where I have a problem is the manager shouldn’t tell people how much to give as tip that is poor management. Tip is the discretion of the client, if not just pay staff more, not very professional on his part!

Toujours un peu d'attente, 45.00$ pour faire laver un pick-up je trouve ça chère par ce que le travail n'est pas bien fait..obligé de leur demander de bien laver le windshield... le coter droit pas bien laver.... Beaucoup mieux 7× si.Etc
