Last three times I’ve texted I’ve not even gotten a response

Placed a order at 6:30pm.....was told he was backed up and may take longer then usual, that is totally understandable, how ever.......they did not show and did not place a call back to let the customer know that the delivery was not going to be made.......I expected better.I missed your driver's call by 3 minutes , I then called your driver back and spoke with him , he said he would return to the store , pick put my order and make his way out once his orders were done.......I'm sure he could of spared 2 minutes between 6:30pm and 10pm to let a customer know that the order was not going to be delivered.

There Amazing, Always friendly and polite. Every time I've ordered, The delivery time is fare.
