Very cold in play area, food was not up to McDonald's regular quality and one staff mgt was miserable and rude towards us. They wanted to charge my son 30 cents extra per pickle. There was one tall manager that was very good. Great I would say. He saved the day for us.

This MacDonalds was incredible. First off the food was fresh, delicious aesthetically pleasing, and perfect to our many specifications and special requests.Additionally, Upon arrival we were greeted by a young man mopping the floor, he was friendly and referred to me as ma’am. Secondly the woman taking our order was in training and the manager was overseeing her inputting the order with great patience and kindness towards her, later when grabbing my fountain drink I overheard him encouraging her and ensuring she understood his instructions he also offering to go over anything she still felt uncertain about. Great teaching skills. As a manager of multiple retail stores, of my own I was very impressed.THEN we waited for food in the play place area (we were travelling home from Winnipeg to Calgary with our 6 year old and she needed some play time after 10 or so hours in the car)The woman “Ameena” who brought out our food actually took the time to wipe the table down where we were seated before placing our food. It was unexpected thoughtful service.Finally, the young man… (I wish I got his name) who was still mopping when we were leaving said goodbye to us. I asked him if we could take a colouring sheet and crayons that I saw on the high chairs as we still have a few hours in the car, he immediately rushed to grab one and hand it to us with a smile on his face, and as we walked to the car happily he ran out behind us and brought up a third crayon and a second sheet since we said we were driving a long distance! What amazing service for a macdonalds! I was blown away!!! Thankyou to your entire team you all brought us so much joy today. I would hire everyone in there 10x over!Extra comment for bonus points the young man also made sure to compliment my husbands new car which absolutely made his day!!We dined here around 7:30 pm on Wednesday May 17th 2023

Do NOT eat here. We were here Saturday late afternoon/early evening. There was a 7 year old girl that had been abandoned at the restaurant by her father. She looked like she had not eaten anything in days. She went to the counter and asked a staff member for food and they absolutely refused and instead just called the police. There was a nice lady who had her young daughter with her that bought the little girl some food. For a restaurant to know a child was just abandoned and starving but refuses to feed her because she didn't have $10 to pay for it. I will never eat here again nor will anyone in my family and this information will be shared with everyone everywhere. Any restaurant that refuses to feed a starving abandoned child doesn't deserve to be open.

Took 3 tries to get 2 sausage mcgriddles, first time was just the pancake buns!!! I have no clue how that happens, next time was 2 buns and a sausage patty but still no egg or cheese, third times the charm to finally get what you asked for here I guess, go to Wendy's or a&w instead

Ordered 1 cheese burger, 6 nuggets and med. ice tea. $14.05. What? It was the frys I said didn't want. Another day was coffee. Not Macdonalds coffee. Bitter, nasty.

Absolute garbage as usual. Wait in the parking lot after 15mins in drive through lineup. 10mins and counting. This is 5/5 times I’ve waited in the past 4 months. I’m boycotting this place from here on out. Wow.

I went to McDonald’s and got chicken nuggets with Big Mac sauce dip. They have the little Big Mac dipping sauces now, and that’s what I wanted, but instead they put “no sauce” by my meal and then i got Big Mac sauce that goes on burgers and got charged extra for the sauce. Not happy.

I was very, very impressed with the cleanliness of this location, fast service and the super friendliness of the staff.The young lady that took my order was very nice with a big smile. I was seated and a manager came by and asked ifhe could get anything for me while I was waiting, which was a very short time. When I was finished another manager came by and asked how my lunch was and asked if I was pleased.I think that if you used this location as a model for all of your locations your business would increase and the customers would be very happy to come back again.Thank you,Roger Guilbault
