Nick did a great job for us installing our Starlink satellite on the roof.He responded right away and was able to answer some questions I had before we set up a time for the install. He also had no problems or hesitation coming out to our property which is a little off the beaten path.He came prepared with a mount that worked perfectly to adapt the dishy mcflatface" to the position I wanted. He secured everything and did a really nice job with the cable management to run the wires right to where I needed them.Overall a super clean install and good friendly service.Thanks Nick!"

Do NOT give an advance- you won’t get it back- On Monday January 10 2022 he quoted me over the phone $300 to install Starlink Kit - he then said I needed to etransfer him $169.50 to seal the deal. I sent him the money which he promptly accepted. Then the challenge was to get a date for him to come out - he requested photographs which I promptly provided- FINALLY scheduled for Wednesday January 19 - I waited all day he kept promising he would do the installation- NO INSTALLATION- on this occasion he claimed his truck broke down - I was disappointed and rescheduled for January 31 - again no show this time he said “For your information I fell deathly ill ended up on the operating table on Wednesday but you know what I'm very sorry for that to you specifically I'm sorry.” Then he said “Wednesday morning February 2 firm. My helper and I will be there Wed morning to get this done.” Now it’s February 2 and no show this time he said “I'm isolating with my son and wife my son was diagnosed yesterday with covid”. Nick then stated maybe his friend could go out. Once again the friend is a no show - Nick then stated “I could have made some arrangements but my friend works 8pm to 6am. He's not in yet to ask if he would go do your place today”. I am done - please note on NONE of these occasions did he contact me to tell me he could not come out. It was only after contacted him did he provide excuses for not showing up. I then said to Nick “Due To the number of cancellations You are not someone I want to to do business with I want my money back NOW - please etransfer my $169.50 back immediately” He is refusing to return my deposit- this guy is not to be trusted and I have reported him to the CGS police service fraud unit - do not etransfer money to this guy Nick at teamiwantinternet.ca

Nick installed security cameras at our office. He did really good job. Nick took time to explain all the questions we had. Very satisfy with Northern Internet Solution.

After more than a month of patiently waiting for satellite dish install despite numerous no-shows and excuses (waiting all day on couple occasions without hearing from Nick for days after), I had enough and cancelled. Excuses and experiences similar to the Taylor post. My deposit was promptly returned, and I spoke to someone who was pleased with his install but said some others were not, so hit and miss?

Nick was fantastic to deal with. Professional install. I had him out to set up my xplornet years ago and now I have upgraded to the new Starlink system. This new system is amazing. If you were thinking about getting it, don't think twice. Nick even supplies a much better bracket than what is originally sent with the system or that you can buy from Starlink. Definitely recommend!

Nick and Paul did a great job with our StarLink installation. Utilized their on line location details and shared a couple of photos of the house roof area. They quickly assessed the best location for the Satelite dish and entering the house when they arrived. The system was up and running in about an hour and a half after they arrived. They were very nice to deal with. Scheduling their visit had its challenges in these days of COVID. Would recommend them for your StarLink installation.
