4 months of waiting and I still don't have a counsellor. I'll assume Daya non-profit prioritizes clients that will pay the highest fees for counselling services. Low-incomer's not a priority. Update June 23rd - 5 months and only the sound of crickets. Horrible.

I went to see these guys for help and on the recommendation by the federal government for the program male survivors of sexual assault " and they helped me out to a degree

Went there for couples councilling. Met with the councillor for 15mins and he said he can't help my partner and I and said we need to do individual councilling instead. We were supposed to have a 50min session and it was only 20mins and we still had to pay the full amount. Worst service what a scam and now we have to wait another 4weeks for another councillor to do individual sessions. Dont waste your time. Not going back!

I have a great counselor and have been seeing her off and on for 5-6 years! She is the best as far as I am concerned!! There are plenty of good counselors there and everyone is really nice and polite!!
