Worst experience ever for our teenage son! Dr Sharp isn't the prob. His female receptionist was so snotty when all he needed was, to have his glasses tightened. The moment he left he burst into tears.Seriously, for an optometrist that advertises their expertise is family eye care...don't believe it!

The Dr gave me the wrong prescription for one of my contacts and when I brought it up in my follow up appointment, he just brushed it off. Went to a new optometrist and they were able to fix the issue. This Dr was just lazy and wanted to take my money

Been going to Dr. Sharpe since the 90's. Never had a problem, great staff. I highly recommend

One of the receptionists here is very rude. I went there to pick up a copy of my prescription and to ask a quick question and she wouldn't let me in the office. She was very confrontational. Told me she was busy and I had to make an appointment if I wanted to talk to her. I didn't realize I needed an appointment to talk to a receptionist. There was only one patient in the front office and she made me wait outside until he left before I could even come to the door. Only giving two stars because I like Dr. Sharpe, otherwise I would give zero.

Had a great experience with Dr Laverty. Definitely will be going back. Would recommend to any friends and family.

Worst experience I have had with any place since the beginning of covid-19, the secretary is rude, ignorant and indifferent to what anyone says. She doesn't listen and is a grouch and the experience of dealing with her made me walk out the door without even seeing the doctor. My entire family of 5 wears glasses and I will be taking my business elsewhere and will actively steer anyone I can from this place.Response, I did the screening, I cant use your sanitizer for allergy reasons, I used my own in the car and explained the reason why, I'm 37 not 7, it is very insulting to tell me I have to do it in front of some secretary. That aside her demeaner and attitude are extremely off putting. AVOIDE THIS PLACE, not friendly so they clearly don't want anyone business. I would give them 0 stars.....

Highly disappointed. Dr Sharpe used to be my family eye doctor. The business has changed too much. If I can't understand why they would do a change, it means it's bad business practice. I can't support businesses like this.It's a shame that this practice has gone down hill. It's what happens when you forget about the roots, the reason the practice was successful in the past in the first place. Judging by the reviews, social media posts, and feedback from friends/family, it appears this practice is going towards a corporate feel rather than a personal care touch.I am encouraging the 40+ families and their kids that I know in London to change optometrists to avoid future headaches and hardships.This decision isn't based on a single visit, but multiple situations and poor experiences over the last decade, and none of takes into consideration expected changes during COVID. At first I would just believe things were a one-off bad day for the office. But there is a pattern.

I have been coming here for years and have had 2 of my children there over the last 2 days. As always it was a great experience. They were kind, friendly and were excellent with my child with extra medical issues. Thank you Dr. Sharpe and team!!!
