Tanisha recommended a product that absolutely transformed my skin. She noticed that my skin was extremely dry and irritated around my eye area and quickly asked if she could recommend a product that she uses in her own skin routine. She was so understanding about my skin concerns and it’s safe to say that she recommended an amazing product because I’m already seeing results in one day. I can’t thank her enough!

First of all, Cale is the best. Secondly, I should have posted this review at the start of the year (sorry, Cale!).I always purchase my Sephora orders online because I live out of town and am not in the city very often. I purchased MAC foundation but made the mistake of ordering the wrong colour. I went to this location on December 31st and the team greeted me immediately and found an associate, Cale, right away to help me find my perfect shade. When I say that Cale is amazing, THEY ARE AMAZING.Cale was attentive, took the time to find my PERFECT shade, made me feel valued as a customer, and overall, just made an incredible impression on me.I can't wait to come back to this location when I'm in the city next and hopefully, Cale will be working that day.Thank you for the 5-star experience, Cale!

Tanisha at the Meadows location in Saskatoon was very helpful and knowledgeable about sensitive skin. If you have any skin related allergies or sensitivity and need advice on product lines, she was amazing! I highly recommend her!

Terrible experience! Was followed around and constantly every 3 minutes or less being asked if we needed help and would say no we would like to shop independently. The only good experience I’ve had was with Cale they’re the only employee that had treated me with dignity and respect! I’ve worked retail for years and they treated my friend and I like we were stealing, I know the look. Go to midtown not this mismanaged hot mess!!!

Tanisha was beyond fabulous, sweet, funny, AND honest helping me choose makeup as well as skincare. She listened so well to my wants/needs, and helped me through my indecisiveness—So much so, that I paid attention to her name so I could write a glowing review! Love this location and Tanisha is the absolutely best. I was en route to buy a v. expensive serum when she stopped me and redirected me to two products that were more suitable for where my skin is at now. The best part was - combined, these products were much cheaper than the item I was going to purchase originally.I'm really happy with my purchases and look forward to going back to this store for more skin care support in the future! Also, if you need a perf summer lip stain, it's the Sephora brand 'Indian Pink'. Thanks Tanisha + staff!

I finally found a foundation that matched the colour of my skin thanks to Tanisha who works at this location. She was so helpful and patient. I (a woman of colour) have been trying to find the correct foundation shade for years and have been incorrectly matched repeatedly (at multiple Sephoras and other makeup stores). This is the first time someone has taken this much time to find the correct shade for me (I tried more than 8 different shades today). I am so grateful!!

This specific store is worst!!! They are lying to people about their return policies. One of my friend went their to return product 2 weeks after buying because she tried it and it gave her allergy. She paid through gift card and the one black lady at counter said she will not return money on gift card instead offered store credit!! And when my friend told her she want the money on gift card she pulled her out of line and start saying bad words to her!! THE POLICY IS IF SOMEONE PAID THROUGH GIFT CARD THEY CAN GET IT BACK ON GIFT CARD AS LONG AS ITS WITHIN 30 DAYS!!
