Hi, we were at Bolton location of Petvalu on Jan. 26th/23, store looked very clean and organized. We were greeted by “Preet” with a huge smile. She was so friendly and knowledgeable, we will definitely love to go back again even though we live in Brampton. She made our evening happy.

Brought in our dog romeo today and the younger employee was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and caring and did a great job of helping us with the self-wash! Will definitely be coming back

First time customer and the experience was amazing . Angelina who booked us a 30 minute dog cleaning was amazing and so caring . She should be promoted or given a raise ASAP . Great place . I am never going to another pet store .

My wife and myself and our dog Finn enjoy making a stop at Pet Value Bolton to pick up Finn’s favorite chew sticks and treats. The staff is always super welcoming and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They always seem genuine. I would highly recommend the store

Do not use the self- grooming station for dogs - waste of moneyShower flo is very low+ dryer does not even work( spent over 30 mins drying my dog, came home and used our own blow dryer)

They have a name tag printer. The lady who helped me printing our dogs' tags was super nice.
