Great service. My sons rc broke down. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a manufacturer that they deal with getting parts for, but that didn’t stop them from taking a close look at what the issue could possibly be and show me where and what needed to be fixed free of charge. Will definitely be buying our next rc from here.

Nice selection of product and a good location. Very nice looking store and the gentleman that works there was helpful on the phone. However I found the lady that works there not very pleasant or understanding. I spent $630 there on new basher, Lipo and adapter for my son. Through the purchase I realized I had card troubles. My card tap wouldn’t work and after pulling out all the cash I had and moving funds , I was $1.40 short. I politely asked if she would trust me to come back the next day as the store was closing soon. She replied “ what am I going to tell my accountant at the end of the day when I’m short ? “ . She wouldn’t help and I had to remove the adapter to make the purchase work. I would say that in my estimation i received unpleasant customer service from her and would take my business elsewhere in the future.

Just got an axial Capra 1/18th scale from here and love it! Also bought my scx 24 from here 100% worth the trip out my go to store for anything RC, staff are super friendly / very knowledgeable always there to answer your questions and help!

Great honest place. Here at Extreme they made us feel like family. Ended up taking all 5 of our vehicles in and they did a great job. Even my UDR that another company had for 3 months and told me it was a transmission problem , Extreme fixed in a couple days and about $5 in parts.

They are very well stocked with crawlers. Staff was very friendly and approachable definitely helpful. Definitely worth the trip

I purchased a small part for a Traxxas model. All I had to go by was the description on the box for a spur gear. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive.He right away knew to check the specs and catalog for the correct variety. They had stock on hand and good pricing.I’ve visited 3 different RC hobby stores in The lower mainland and this one is the best of the 3.

This place is awesome!! Wicked selection of RC vehicles and lots of parts and accessories. I would recommend them to anyone in the hobby or wanting to get into the hobby, this is where you need to go! It is in a great location. They also have a crawler area upstairs that I didn’t get a chance to play on but I want to take my crawler back and give it a go at some point. Staff was friendly and informative while not being pushy at all, I was able to wander the store without someone constantly asking if I need help which was great. I would definitely recommend Extreme Hobbies to anyone in the lower mainland.

Very large selection of RC cars trucks planes and boats and anything else you could think of. Great prices competitive.
