I had three piercings done by Andrew, two forward helixes and a navel. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s very professional and patient. He really listens and always gives advice how to make the piercing work (travel pillows!). The jewellery is very pretty too. I really appreciate the whole experience ☺️. I’m very happy.The first forward helix done in April just got new jewelry, it’s healing very nicely. There was some irritation in June cause I move when I sleep but it healed. I even called the studio for advice and they were happy to help. ☺️

I had work done by Travis. A simple ankh. It was done very poorly, the shading went outside of the line work, and the black was not well saturated at all. It was spotty and the line work was not even close to perfectly straightI had it touched up by Travis after it healed giving him the benefit of the doubt. To fix the shading going outside of the line work he just made the loop of the ankh fatter, which distorted the ankh completely. Even after the touch up the black was poorly saturated and the line work was a mess.I was very dissappinted as an ankh is such a simple design, it was hard to see how it could be so poorly executed.I contacted the shop and to their credit they did offer for me to come in again to have it touched up, but why would I ever allow him to touch it up again after the initial touch up made things worse..I appreciate their willingness to fix the issue but I ended up going to a better shop and having it covered up, and had the ankh redone on my other wrist.I am sure the other artists at adept may be more skilled but if my experience represents their standard, stay away. It is not worth it. It ended up costing me time and significant money to have it covered up by a more skilled artist at a different shop.Honestly, I would never go back there based on the quality of the work I received.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! THERE UNPROFESSONAL!(My experience with this place is at bottom)Don't sign anything!!! Its only a trap for money grab!!!If u want a infection or have it done WRONG then go here cuz there the best at causing problemsSo yeah heres what happened.I went there to get my ear pierced, they pierced my helix with a hoop when they were not supposed to pierce with a hoop at all!!!, ive developed a problem with my ear, it wasn't healing at all i tried healing it for 7 months now! , and not knowing that it was a slow infection happening as well! That also slowed down the healing process and its still not healed, and i was cleaning it and everything i listened to them and look where that got me.I wish i never went there To get a piercing. it was awful.I went through the pain but got not gain, i didn't gain a new good piercing, i lost my money! I wish i could get a refund.And i'm worried this infection might not heal like this!Ridiculous!!!

Adept tattoos and body piercing did a great job piercing my 11 yr old granddaughters ears. They were so kind gentle and patient with her. She was very nervous but they put her right at ease. Very highly recommend.

Got an awesome eyebrow piercing from Bo! Very efficient, friendly, and fun staff. Definitely felt safe and accepted here as a trans person. Already receiving compliments on my new piercing :)

Got my helix pierced today. Very cleanly and professional. My piercer was very friendly which made for a good experience and price was really good. Definitely going to go back for another piercing!

The piercer here is amazing. Super laid back, educated, very thorough in his sterilization process, easy to talk to, he’s pierced me on two separate occasions, and both have healed beautifully with no issues.He even helped me move my car from a tight parking space!Highly recommend going here for any piercing needs!

Was here recent to have my daughter's ears done under 5 y.o. she has asked for the last 6 months. They were so great with her and patient when she wasn't sure about the other ear. Everything was explained to her, so she understood. Perfect experience for us.

Had a great experience. Fast clean and the piercer answered all my questions thoroughly was very educated. My new piercing feels great thanks!

I’ve been here twice. Once for a piercing and another for tattoos.Bo did my septum and he made the process really easy.Kassandra did my tattoos today and really did them justice.I almost don’t want to leave a review for her because I will be so sad when she is booked up and it’s hard to get in but she is so friendly and talented she really deserves all the best things. She was a great conversationalist and very calming. Was considerate of me needing to move around and just in general amazing through the whole thing. She is really great at connecting with you and you can tell she takes pride in her work. I absolutely adored her and will be returning to her again soon.
