Very pleased with the service. I was always indecisive about receiving laser but with Rosy, all of my questions were answered in the order that was asked! Unexpected great results after few sessions.

i used to go here regularly until last fall. totally new staff. would not tell me what happened to the old owner. no diplomas on the wall. could not see their qualifications. i used to get laser hair removal on my face. the girl just handed me the glasses. didn't check to see if i put them on right or not. thank god i knew how to do it. she had no idea as to what to set the machine at. i had to ask for the cooling gel at the end of it. i also had to ask for the spf. have not gone back. scared to.

Rosey is a really great laser technicians I’ve been with. she is very knowledgeable and gives good consultation, and her packages are set at a very good price compared to other places.

Rosey is by far one of the best laser technicians I’ve been with in a while. I love how accommodating she is especially during this pandemic and her packages are set at a very good price compared to other Lightsheer treatments I’ve paid for in the past. Overall I rate this place 5 stars for excellent customer service. If it weren’t for Rosey I wouldn’t have seen such great results!

Rosey is very knowledgeable when it comes to laser and different skin types , I’ve have many bad experiences in the past at other clinics. I’m so happy to have found someone reliable , consistent, and fair priced . She takes her time to answer all questions and concerns . She has years of experience, I definitely recommend Rosey for any services regarding laser .
