Our family has been coming to Taylor Kal tire for years. The service has always been great. Even if they are swamped (as everyone seems to be lately) they still do everything they can to help out. I’ve never had any issues with their quality of work.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My first flat tire Experience ever. Headed to work this am.... heard a noise. Pulled over to see a rear flat. #AMA towed my car within 40min to Kal Tire / (Taylor Drive)at my request. These guys have had my business for many years. My car was there at opening and they had the tire off in minutes to inspect / clean and offer advice. No new tire needed just a corroded bead that needed to be re-sealed. Very clean professional waiting area and kind open efficient staff. Next is my decision to get my winter tires off and move back to all seasons or wait another few weeks..... thank you Kal and your trustworthy business.

Recently got new tires from this location and I have to say the quality of service was excellent. I dropped my vehicle off a day early due to work schedule and they had it done that same day. I am so bad with names but Clint? Was awesome. When leaving I mentioned to him how happy I was with the service and he gave me a smile and a handshake and thanked me for my business. Leaving the lot I checked my trunk real quick and the crew put all of my spare tire accessories away below the trunk area (left it cleaner than I brought it in.) 10 stars if I could.

Nail in my tire, fixed within 40 minutes, very friendly. Cost me $35, good price. Definitely recommend. They did forget to put my valve stem cap back on but they called me the next business day to apologize and I’ll stop in to grab it. Excellent customer service.

I have dropped off a few tires individually for rebalance or TPMS replacement over the last few years, always have it done within a day and charge a fair price. The team was able to balance a tire 3 other shops could not get figured out. Recently, Cale was very helpful and accommodating, brought the truck in and he learned my new sensors quickly and happily. Very pleased with the service.

My wife was driving to Calgary on Highway two from Edmonton when she had a sidewall blowout on one of her tires near Lacombe. She called around to a number of tire shops in Red Deer and none of them had the right size tire. That is until she called Jason at Kal tire. He was very helpful and was able to get this size of tire from another store. My wife pulled into the Kal tire at 12:30 PM which was lunchtime. As soon as the techs returned from lunch they got started on the car. It was finished by 1:20 PM which was far quicker than she expected. She was able to get back on the road and make it to Calgary in time. We really appreciated all the efforts that were made to get this done so quickly. Thank you Jason and the Kal Tire team.

I was in a bind coming from Calgary to Edmonton. They identified a cracked rim and allowed me to keep the car there overnight until I could get tires from Edmonton the next day. Super nice and professional folks. I wasn't taken advantage of in any way when it came to service even though they had all the card. Good integrity and from these good folks.Also they were damn good with service.
