Great for rentals but the only compétant one there is the older gentleman. The younger staff is very rude over the phone and no one is bilingual at this location.It's funny enough within a week that their policy changes to where I needed to re-rent a tool and leave my car info to pay for it and have someone else pick it up. One week no problem and now a week later they tell me they can't .. very unprofessional and difficult if you don't have a vehicle to pick up or get there....

High prices comparing to the tools you rent and the service is bad after I brought back the tool I rent the guy at receiving area made us put the tool and it's equipment to the container where it's belong even that is not our job and after that he kept us waiting for more that 15 mins only to do the final paper that cost us too much time and work to get back and finish our business

Rented a drill to make 8” hole on the earth , went back to say it doesnt work and they do not care , they dont even take the time to examine why , they are rude and there is 0 customer service , next next cust. Worst branch , to avoid at all cost , we lost time money and the job got scraped .

Terrible service. They lost the equipment and tried to blame it on the user. They were supposed to pick up the equipment on Saturday and only showed up 5 days later and tried to blame the renter and being aggressive and sending collecting agency after them without court order. This is illegal and the company should take responsibility for lack of competence of their employees. Terrible terrible. Highly advise against renting from this place.
