I am a contractor that ordered a main furnace part for my customer I was able to get the part at 3 different places but noble promised me next day and failed. I used to work in the industry so I know he forgot to place my order or didn't do it before lunch. Now my customer is pissed. They said it will be in tomorrow but I have my dad's funeral to attend. They shouldn't make promises they can't keep. Very poor service. And tried to contact manager and got an answering machine with no name. Very unprofessional workplace.
