Maple Leaf Self Storage

The company I work for has numerous storage units at this location as well as multiple other locations throughout the country. Wall Street Maple Leaf Self Storage has to be my absolute favorite. Their customer service is above and beyond. I have spent a lot of time at this location over the years, and the current staff has always made me feel safe and welcome. The bathrooms are always clean, and the staff is always available whenever I have questions or need to borrow equipment. They have always greeted me with a smile and been my cheerleaders when I am having a rough day. I honestly can’t put into words how amazing my experience has been, and all I can say is thank you, from the bottom of my heart to all the staff, and cant wait to see you soon!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lockers are clean and in excellent condition. I'm so glad I chose them to store my valuables.

I only just signed up for a locker here, but right off the bat I just have to say these were some of the nicest people I’ve ever given my money to and I’d recommend this place for that alone. Also have to say the price is really good!!

The crew at Maple Leaf are always looking out for their customers! There is a big range of units to pick from for what ever you need! Would rent here again if i ever need the extra space.

I stored my things for nearly two years at Maple Leaf Self Storage. The staff are incredibly helpful and responsive and the clean and ordered facility has several options for storage. Fair prices, on site amenities and a great location make this a no brainer if you are looking for storage in East Vancouver.

Excellent service, extremely convenient location, best pricing around. My experience here far exceeded my expectations and the front office staff were really helpful anytime I needed anything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage solutions in the area.

Great staff, super friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and well organized. We rented here a few years back, so when we needed storage space again this facility was the place we came back to immediately.

The staff here are amazing. The place is warm and dry. Lots of stairs and forklifts to help you if your locker is up high. I’d give the place 5 stars but my biggest gripe is regular rate increases. I started at around $156 just over a year ago and it’s been raised twice since then and now it’s about $215. I will be moving which is sad because I really like the people that work there and the service they provide.

been storing stuff wth them for ten years. Hiccup with first locker (leak) but they gladly changed my locker and may have given a months free rent.Been though many different lockers, all good. The staff are great and helpful. No real complaints from me. Just moved out (covid, lack of job, rate increases on a budget of now zero) the team were most helpful.Only real complaints was on a deadline crunch to get out, had the ground floor forklift go dead twice in three days. I trust they will be looking into this. Still, made the deadline!Would recommend this location (for East Van) and Maple Leaf!

Lost everything. Rats, moths, and Silverfish had a heyday. 3 years and nearly 15,000$ later … I am left with possessions covered in filth. ( They had my other review deleted). Tried at the BBB. Don’t have receipts- so insurance would not pay. Other Maple Leaf Storage places are ok. ( pricey but clean).
