Cannot say enough good things about the care and service here. We were on our way back from a camping trip when our RV brake assembly was damaged. The owners went out of their way to find the part for us, and to make sure our extended stay in Kapuskasing was enjoyable and some of the best memories of the trip. Thank you!!

I’ve had a few problems with my car this past year, and I’ve been given great service, and even loaner cars when available. Greg goes out of his way to put the customers needs first. I strongly recommend ok tire.

I encountered one of these awful potholes while passing through Kapuskasing and caught a flat tire. The team at OKtire were friendly and helping in assisting me by finding a matching tire from local businesses although they were out of stock And exchange the wheel. Should be called Exceptional tire instead of just OK!

Originally from the Ottawa area but I was there for work related matters. I was having issues with my vehicle. Upon stepping inside, I was greeted cheerfully. They did an outstanding job! It was quick and communication was efficient! A big thank you to Mitch and his team.

Unparalleled customer service and very knowledgeable mechanics. The shop took on a complex job of rebuilding my performance shock absorbers on my coilovers with ease. The end result was a truck that rides smoother than it ever did along with a perfect alignment on my lifted truck (not an easy feat to achieve by any means). Head mechanic and general manager at the shop is a master tech with decades of experience who pivots between the administrative side of the shop and is also boots on the ground repairing and guiding his staff on delivering a quality product and service. Not something I’ve come across in other garages. Stellar service and truly amazing work.

Flat repair competed last summer my rim was accidentally scratched, seemed at first that they would have it repaired, so it was dropped off after summer tire rotation and never heard back from them. Picked up the wheel and was told it cost to much to repair the wheel. Big waste of my time.

Would highly recommend this shop. Had a flat tire on my snowmobile trailer first thing in the morning. They immediately installed a new tire and got me on my way. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Thanks Murray OK Tire!
