Bought a yamy from Perry great guy to deal with, we will have fun with it at our Kenora home

I would rate my experience at four and a half stars. I agree with a reviewer that they are straightforward, although I was hoping to have more details on what caused the issue with my boat – while the motor was service process was opaque. The turn around time was five starts, and the repair job appears to be five stars, however I had requested that the motor be held and they noted that they would call me prior to undertaking any repair. They went ahead and repaired it without calling and issued me the bill and time of pickup—the saving grace here was that the price was not unreasonable. The communication in between about when to proceed and what was done during the repair was four stars. The staff – particularly on the intake in the shop department – were professional and punctual—five stars.

Exceptional Service from the Team at K Sports! Especially Kelly in service. He made dealing with Insurance a Breeze. Had my boat back and on the water in record time! They are Very supportive of tournament anglers!

Came looking for a starter for my boat that went out on vacation. They were very helpful and even called other businesses to try and locate one.

We previously purchased a bass boat from them a couple years ago without issue. Was extremely satisfied. This summer we purchased a used boat from a private sale in Kenora. Considering we use these boats for our fishing lodge we decided to have the diagnostic done at their business before we were comfortable making this deal. The private seller agreed. Paid to have it done. My husband attended and was given the diagnostic. He spoke with the manager and mechanic in the service. They recommended the purchase and said the motor had only overheated once. We drove 15 hours home to use the boat less then 8 hours and had issues. After attending 2 different shops we decided to drive it 8 hours to a company that specializes in the motors. After running the diagnostic the service manager explained that motor was basically shot! It had over heated 81 times prior to us having it. That the original diagnostic showed it but was not disclosed. That we are now looking at a replacement of the top end that could run from 13k to 27k. We contacted K-sports explained it all and have this far been deflected in them taking any responsibility. We own a fishing lodge. we are not mechanics. We would never have purchased this boat without the approval and recommendation of their service department. They have indirectly suggested the responsibility lies with the private seller. I do not believe this. He did what we asked. He was not a mechanic. He took it in to their service department and paid for the full diagnostic. So the service department either was not qualified to read the diagnostic or simply didn't care. Very disappointed in what We thought was a upstanding company. To date they have not offered any resolution or taken any responsibility.

K-Sports deserves a 100% rating!!! They are the best of the best in what they do .. I purchased a pontoon boat 5 years ago and have no regrets. They take care of all my seasonal maintenance and storage .. they have the most trusted maintenance department and honest sales representatives that don’t try to oversell you .. K-Sports thank you for taking care of your valued customers.

I have dealt with K Sports several times in the last few years for both warranty and non warranty work. I have always found the service in both instances to be very good. The work was always done within the timeframes provided. All the staff have always been extremely helpful.

Just bought 2022 Yamaha Grizzly from Perry. Awesome service. I am very impressed with the service I got. I would definitely do business with them again. Thank You so much.

With my construction business I run a lot of boats, generators, and small equipment. Over the years I have tried all the local dealers but K Sports has really stood out as being consistently professional, straightforward, and reasonable. I now get all my servicing done there and purchase all new from them as well.
