If they paid their technicians better I might still be an employee there. A little too management heavy, but going back as a guest for training they tested is fantastic. Certainly do customer service well, if only they could direct it inwards a bit better

Their products will kill people. They do not take responsibility for the defective products. Their ark fault breakers will eventually kill someone or burn down your home. If you ever have something short, it will melt the wires back to the panel. The company will leave you with no power and suggest that your components are supposed to be replaced yearly. Meaning your electrical panel is supposed to be replaced every year or else you’re at risk of your house burning or child dying. Do not use any products from this company.
