The Salon is very nicely decorated and clean. The hair stylist did good work though she took a bit long to complete. I took my mother in law to do color, highlights, blow dry, eyebrows and full face and it took nearly about 6 hours all together. Her strands of highlights were done nicely and she was very hard working but she didn’t quite seem to be able to pull out the color that we wanted. I also didn’t like much how she played with prices. She wouldn’t give me a set price and kept saying it depends. She had a list of prices that were posted on her wall that were cheaper but she said she no longer offers those prices but at the same time they were still up. So I couldn’t trust her. She did not allow for pictures to be taken of her Salon.

Had an amazing spa morning with two girlfriends getting pedicures. Amazing service accommodated us last minute, friendly, personally attentive and she did a great job! Overall it was a great experience! Thank you we will be back the next girl trip to Red Deer. Excellent price for the pedicure and the wonderful time spent here.

I absolutely love this salon. The owner is amazing and knows what she is doing. I would recommend her services. She did wonders on my over processed hair and brought it back to a healthy state.

I went for a pedicure yesterday. The atmosphere is welcoming. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice and did a great job. My feet are nice and soft and the price was very reasonable.

One of the most important things about looking handsome is to have a modern & nice haircut…. That’s what SAAnji did with my hair .. when I visited her saloon !!She provides the absolute best experience for a men's hair cut. Her professionalism and attention to detail is the best !! I went in and used a groupon for a haircut, wash and style! Had a great visit and felt comfortable in getting my haircut. Ive had a bad experience in the past elsewhere getting my haircut so was worried about going in. Sa was amazing at easing my concerns and cut my hair as I asked and also to frame my face. She is very knowledgeable and professional and understands how to work with all types of hair. definitely going back! Highly recommend ipurity salon and spa :).

I booked an appointment for a facial. I arrived on that date on time to be told my appointment was the next day. I was not happy. I recall clearly the date and time of my appointment and wrote it down. I thought I would give them another try and arrived the next day on time. The lady who was to do my facial was doing a hair cut and now was running late. You would think after inconveniencing me the day before she would make an effort to be on time. Finally her client left and she goes to the back, but before she does she turns the radio on full blast. After waiting 15 minutes and her not returning I left. She phoned me trying to make me feel bad about leaving because she said she was cleaning the back. You would think she would have the room cleaned in preparation for my appointment. Very unprofessional, unprepared and disrespectful to my time and effort to experience this salon. She said she does a very good facial, well I will never know since I won’t be disrespected for my money. These are not cheap services. Also, the place needs cleaning, front entrance very unclean. She stated in her response she couldn’t make me happy which is pretty rude considering she gave me the wrong date of my first appointment and when I took the time and returned the next day she was cutting hair for a friend or family member and made me wait past my appointment time and THEN said she needed to clean the room for the facial. There was no one before me so the Covid clean was a big lie. She just wasn’t prepared. Please take responsibility for your lack of unprofessional behaviour and not blame a new client for not being happy.She tried calling me twice after I left which I didn’t answer. Her need to tell me I was wrong seemed quite important.I would not recommend this salon.

What a day! I went in to Ipurity Spa/ Salon for the very first time , and thank heavens I found “Every Girl’s Fairy God Mother “ of feel good! I went in to get chemical straightening done, and I was amazed with just how she interacted with me in terms of ensuring that I was comfortable and what firther surprised me was just how much she truly cares about her clients, and how knowledgeable she is in terms of her industry and not just domestically, but she is well informed with products abroad. Her skin care and beauty line is not the typical shampoo / conditioner that you find in all salons .This lady has surpassed my expectations for a first time visit, but she will definitely be my trusted consultant with my self care, and my God.. she’s a walking encyclopedia/ Wikipedia of unconventional goodness which helped my confidence.I arrived there feeling old, tired and homely .. I left there feeling great and fabulous. I’m a repeat customer.. in fact I’ll see her in a couple days! Hurray ! Thanks Ipurity Salon/ Spa, you definitely made my day !
