Bashir Persian Rugs is a great place to buy beautiful floor rugs. I met both Mr. Shuja Bashir and his son Asif Bashir. I told Asif want I wanted and he showed me dozens of rugs and I eventually picked one that pleased all my senses (I love Persian rugs). Prices are reasonable and each rug I saw was high quality hand made. We quickly agreed to a sale price and Asif packed the rug and a pad for it.I arrived at the store about 4:15 pm and Asif patiently showed me rugs until I found one I wanted to buy. The store closes at 5:00 pm and all of the staff went home around that time. We concluded my purchase around 6:00 pm.I had technical issues with hailing an ride back home on Uber. Asif and Shuja spoke to the Uber driver on the phone, giving him directions to the store (because the Uber app gave the driver my last location by mistake). Asif guided the Uber driver to the store and stayed with me until the Uber driver picked me up.As it turns out, this store is a 5 minutes walk to a Metro station (the Orange Line). I'm taking the Metro to the store next time I need to buy a rug.I would highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to buy a beautiful Persian

We sent our Persian carpet purchased 11 years ago in Istanbul. It was showing signs of needing cleaning but due to a recent wine spill decided to send it out. There are no words to describe how beautiful the carpet looks. It's like new again!!! The colors are as vibrant as the day we bought it.The price of cleaning was very good. Excellent cleaning service!I almost throw away our white rug after we'd spilled the red vine on it. However, I decided to try the cleaning service first. How surprised we were when we received back a brand new rug without any spot on it. BTW, we also liked the quality and the great variety of rugs in their shop. Strongly recommend it

I used their user-friendly and convenient website to browse through their stock based on size, style, and colour until I had identified an appropriate rug for my apartment. I called them up, placed the order, and the rug was delivered and carefully installed in my home by the end of day. Excellent quality product and super customer service.
