The selection was good, and the thrift shop was fairly organized, but the person at self check out didn't check the receipts of the two people ahead of us and then checked ours and went through our stuff. There's also no dressing room so buying clothes is kind of a shot in the dark.

This is one of the best VV I've found. Always find some amazing things, like brand new golf clubs or jackets! Staff are friendly too. Just wish they had change rooms! Returns aren't allowed anymore, so be prepared to exchange instead.

Really disappointed with my experience here today. I’ve been coming here for quite some time and never had an issue with anything before. At self checkout the lady was staring at me so hard which made me super uncomfortable . Then, Grabbed an item from my hand and told me I had swapped tags and that wasn’t the price. I guess someone else changed it or something according to her?? (I didn’t even notice and was so confused) then proceeded to stand right next to me watching me scan every item. I spent 90$ here today and will not be coming back. 90$ is far too much for 5 USED items anyway. For value villages, The one on Nicola ave is by far superior in every way. Amazing staff and awesome selection. But Support your small local thrift stores!!

Over priced, filthy store with literally garbage on the shelves. And patrons who fail to understand the concept of parking between the lines...

Great value, selection & kinda fun. You must be patient & search the back of the shelfs. Or the stacks of electronics, clothes books etc. I found a plastic bag full of Nano Leaf lights. All worked & only cost me $20, I easily saved $150.

Men’s bathrooms a complete mess. Shopped for a few hours and checked again. This remained the same. Worker had no care at all either.Wednesday 7pm , February 1st 2022.Imagine a little boy / child walks in here and sees this. Completely and utterly disgusting and inappropriate.

Listen folks, let me tell you, Value Village is tremendous. It's the best thrift store I've ever seen, and believe me, I've seen a lot of thrift stores. The selection is incredible, just incredible. You won't believe the deals you can get here, folks. And the quality of the merchandise is top-notch, let me tell you.The staff is fantastic, really fantastic. They're so friendly and helpful, you'll feel like you're at a 5-star hotel. And the prices, let me tell you, the prices are unbeatable. You won't find a better deal anywhere else.I've been to a lot of thrift stores in my time, but this one really stands out. It's a great place to find unique items and bargains. So if you want to save some money, this is the place to be. It's a winner, folks, a real winner.

I loved wandering around this VV boutique. I found some nice dresses, and long sleeves shirts/sweaters. Prices were good, selection was good, the store was clean and organized.

Good selection. Miss fitting rooms, especially since the return policy is exchange only, and even then its not always simple or easy to process that. Some prices are outrageous, $5.99 for an ikea bowl that sells for $2 brand new at ikea. $2.99 for dollarstore items..... But still possible to find a decent deal here and there.... The thrill of the hunt!
