Rude woman. Better to go elsewhere.

The older lady who works at the booth is EXTREMELY RUDE. Please know how to communicate before you speak up because you make no sense as to what you are saying. I was there with my partner, i'm sure you remember us but we went to go pay for a ticket, you told us NOT to change because we are holding up the line"like change what !? we are also your paid customers and we didn't ask you to change anything! Even we confronted to you that we didn't ask for any changes and put the blame on us but not yourself. Are you out of your mind? Also
