If I could giv this business negative star rating I would! This is why- I went in and asked to have my screen replaced , new battery , and to fix my home button ( from getting stuck ).They kept my phone for almost two weeks and did nothing but put a new screen on! Like W.T.F!I would not shop at this business , they are very shady!

Customer service was amazing, the Lady who serviced my new phone made sure to wipe it very clean and gave great advice while putting my screen protector on, also gave me $10 off the screen protector when I bought my cell phone case the same day. Thanks again !!!

Customer service experience was pleasant as staffs were quite helpful. Prices are also reasonable as compared to other stores. They offer phone accessories along with services like phone repairs which was quick. Overall I would recommend this place for a positive experience.

10/10, amazing selection. Mandy was super helpful! I have a samsung s9 and she helped me stear away from the tampered glass screen protectors. While tempered glass is great, they'll just lift off on the s9's and I didn't know that until she showed me why. She helped me pick out a cute and effective case that has a warranty on it though the manufacturer. She truly was amazing. I've been there twice, and would highly recommend going again if I ever needed another case or any kind of phone protector.

ITLDR.-took off my screen cover without asking-put on a screen protector without asking and didn't tell me the screen protector cost $20-lied to me about a discount-pays for 5 star reviews and wants to curate themI went in to get a case for my phone a couple of weeks ago and picked one out. The guy behind the counter took it out of the box and offered to put it on my phone and I agreed. I kept the plastic that the phone came with over the screen but when he took my phone to put it in the case he took it off and cleaned the screen. He then put on another piece of plastic over the screen and said if you give us a review online I can give you $5 off the screen protector". I assumed that since he put it on my phone without asking me if I wanted it or not then it was free. I asked him how much it was and he said $20. I went to make a 3 star review

Very good customer service by Manpreet. She is very nice and polite. She changed my phone's screen. She did fantastic job.
