Eastgate Dental Clinic - Dr. Tracie McCracken and Dr. Alvin Der

I have been very pleased with Dr. McCracken, I was referred to her clinic by a friend and will always be grateful to have found a clinic with such efficient and caring staff.

I have been using east gate dental for quite some time now. I think about 4 years or so. I have never had a bad experience and am extremely pleased to have found them. Everyone in the office treats me well and in a prompt fashion. I am old enough to know there is nothing to fear about going to the dentist but until I found Dr. Tracie McCracken and her staff my childhood fear remained with me. Now I am fine thanks to their understanding and compassion.Update April 5 ,2023.Still the best and I would recommend to anyone of any age.

Alyssa is a fantastic hygienist. Smart and very capable. Will definitely use her services again.

Dr. Derr is a great dentistat Eastgate Dental Clinic. Iv seen him for many years and he keeps getting better at what he does. He explains all your options before he does the work and let's you choose what you want done then he performs it. He is great at what he does, I have trusted him with my k8ds and they are not scared of the dentist because he is good at what he does.The hygienist is also great at what she does. Explains all work and what you may feel pending on how sensitive gums may be etc.Regardless I trust them with my kids and I would recommend to anyone if they are looking for new and great dentist.

Very happy with my first visit here. Dentist and hygienist were very thorough, have never had a hygienist take this much time to explain in such detail what she was doing and give this much advice on what I could be doing better with brushing/flossing. Their equipment appears to be top notch stuff, my teeth and gums weren’t sensitive or sore as they usually were after a cleaning, though I chalk that up to the skills of the hygienist…great job. They handled the payment with my insurer, I didn’t have to pay myself and deal with the hassle of getting reimbursed.

Both dentists are wonderful, understanding and made me feel super comfortable. Highly recommended to my family and friends. Thank you again Eastgate dental

Love the service and the people. Dr. Der has been my dentist since I was a child so I'm glad I found him again. It was hard to suddenly find myself without a dentist and a little scary to come to a new office but the staff is so welcoming it took all the fear away. The staff seem genuinely happy and excited to be at work. Couldn't be happier!
