Let's Matcha

This is good value Matcha for the price, however don't expect a high grade ceremonial Matcha here. The taste is ok, with some astringency but not much. Some grassy flavours. The foaming is weak and doesn't last very long. Colour is not bright green like you would get in a higher end Matcha. This is good for smoothies and maybe everyday drinking with a splash of milk or almond milk.

I put in an order in early April and was told that the product would be shipped out in 3 weeks. I did not have an issue with the initial wait time, but then the problems started. I waited till the 6th week, no delivery and no update on the shipment. I had to contact them multiple times over a span of a week before they would respond. They had told me they shipped out the package, but could not provide me a tracking number. So I waited some more. 9 weeks had then passed, and still nothing. I contacted them again saying I would like a refund and they told me I would have it within 7 days. More than 7 days had passed and, of course, no refund. I had to again contact them multiple times asking about an update of the refund, which they said had already gone through on their end. I asked for verification and a date the refund was sent. They then sent me a refund confirmation, but suspiciously left out a date which I adamantly asked for. It is now mid June (11 weeks later) and this nightmare of an ordeal is finally over.So in short, not only did I have to constantly badger them for both my refund and an update on the shipment of my product (A payment they collected from me about 3 months prior), they were dreadfully painful to get in contact with. I wonder about whether or not they would have updated me at all if I hadn’t tried to reach out to them. Needless to say, I never tried any of the product, but if the customer service was any indication, it would leave a bitter taste in my mouth. Shame I can't give a review of 0 stars.If you’re planning on buying in bulk as I was, amazon has a handful of vendors selling for much less than this establishment, just fyi.

The most delightful Matcha I have yet to taste! Exactly what I was looking for and shipping was quick! I even had questions and they were almost instantly answered by support! Thanks Let's Matcha :)

Let’s Matcha is a fantastic local business, they source high quality matcha and are always friendly and quick to respond if you reach out with questions. I have been ordering regularly from them since 2019 and drink their matcha every morning- it’s delicious in lattes. They are a much better site to get your matcha from than a big chain store as you are dealing with small business owners who clearly pay attention to the quality and service and care about their customers.

Smoothest Matcha I had from wholesale retailer. I tried Starbucks and Bulk Barn but this one is the best so far. It is smooth, not too bitter and NOT looks fake on the green colour side unlike the one in Starbucks. It is affordable and the customer support took time to make sure that I would get my order. Worth every dollar. I recommended this to my coworkers and managers.
