Mike is AMAZING! On the night of a huge snow storm, my car was stuck in the snow. I am an operating room nurse, who had just worked a double shift and was exhausted. After numerous other companies turned me down, Mike answered my call and came to my rescue immediately, at 2:20am! Mike was awesome, friendly, professional and did a fantastic job getting my car out. He went above and beyond for me and his kindness was overwhelming. He thanked me for my work on the frontlines, but he too is responding to people in need with no worries for himself! He was an angel that night! I absolutely recommend Mike and 401 Recovery, he will be my first call always! Thank you Mike from the bottom of my heart!

We were involved in a very serious collision on the 401. The first thing I remember seeing was Mike. He asked if we were okay and immediately called an ambulance. He went out of his way to help us through the process outside of just towing our vehicle. He was very professional, caring and very empathetic as this was a very traumatic event. He took the time to take us to the rental car agency and waited until we had a car. He has kept in touch with us and has been just a phone call away. He was our guardian angel that day.
