Zero client skills. They do not reply to email inquiries at all neither it is possible to dial in ever. Ridiculous to be marked as LENOVO authorized service center.

No room to grow, crappy pay rate. No raise don't matter how long you work there for.

RUN AWAY NOW! Save yourself the stress and years on your life that you will spend on the phone with their agents. My company uses them as a technical support line and it is incredibly frustrating (very much like negotiating with your cellphone provider). Not all, but many of the agents misdiagnose problems, misdirect calls, they can be rude or do not speak clearly, and you can get sent on the run around. There is a severe lack of continuity when it comes to following up on problems such that you end up repeating yourself many times to multiple people. I wish negative stars existed.Every once and a while you are lucky enough to get a great agent that knows what they are doing. They are helpful, courteous, and follow up on problems but those agents are like mythical creatures and I feel bad that they are overshadowed by the overwhelming number of poorly trained ones.

- Tried to charge me for a service that was offered for free- Took 5 weeks until my product was returned (Only was looked at and yet to be returned)- Did not listen to simple instructions in email, manager had to call to straighten things out and they still screwed up- Shipped to wrong addressThanks for wasting my time!

Disgusting service..First line of contact persons are analysts and then full of Managers but not a single capable one to resolve the issue....Will keep you flipping from one manager to other and no one will bother to do anything about the client's problem.
