Love it!!!!!I've been waiting for a long time for this Japanese restaurant to finally open! Tried Mamba and Heat today and they are so fresh and well-made. High quality and worths the price. Can't wait to try something else next time!

Was excited to finally have a Japanese restaurant around that serves something other than sushi, so I ordered a little bit of everything for the family to try outTheir beef udon, the beef is all fat, their udon plain old thick noodles, and the broth tastes bland. 15$ for what's essentially watered down soy sauce and a handful of cornTheir miso soup tastes like... pineapples? 4$ for like half a cupTheir tempura chicken is decent, but the texture feels overcooked. 9$ for half of what you'd get at KFC, and half the qualityTheir crispy rice is just a plain deep fried riceball still gluey on the insideTheir pokebowl was great, but it's not exactly Japanese, and everywhere serves pokebowls nowadays. 15$ (includes the riceball and the bowl is quite big but again, not exactly Japanese)Overall, as far as Japanese restaurants go, it's half decent just because it serves something other than sushi, but it was still pretty disappointing, especially considering the prices

Very pleasant surprise we discovered while staying overnight in Trois-Rivières. I tried several varieties of maki and my wife a tuna and salmon poke bowl. Everything was fresh and tasty. Try the Aqua maki if you enjoy seafood, their Dragon eyes(oeil de dragon on the menu) is as good as I've had anywhere as well. They are the only sushi joint in town I could find that was open after 9 PM. Definitely worth a try if you're in the mood for quality sushi.
