What a joke experience at Gloria Jean House. Totally inexperienced staff that are under trained and basically glorified baby sitters. There units at 5525 Dewdney are INFESTED with cockroaches.

Went to go have a mediated meeting, smoke was present in the room, smoked cigarettes in ashtray on table, when i mentioned it, nothing was done, (currently pregnant person was coming into the room) was told it was ok due to the room being used for a ceremony of some sort and it was all peace pipe tobacco, althought it definitly reaked of cigerette smoke, and again cigarettes in the ashtray on the table, so definitly a lie. Not impressed and not professional. Would not recommend
