Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I usually don't leave a review but this location's customer service is something else. Instead of trying to help you with the issue I was having with my Petro Canada car wash app, the cashier blames you for your incompetence of not understanding how their app works and tells you there is nothing he can do and on top of that he doesn't offer any possible solutions. I offered to do the car wash first and pay later as there were cars behind me and I was unable to back out but he refused and stopped answering me on the intercom system..... If you are looking for some quality customer service this ain't your Petro location.

I recharged my wash & go card and went to this station and card didn't work,. The English as a second language attendant would not come out and solve the problem so a line up of 10 cars had to back up while I removed myself from the line. Worthless and lowest possible customer service. GO TO ESSO everyone

Service is average when you have to go in and have a face to face transaction. Car wash is touchless and it you like that type of car wash, there are times when it’s quiet at this location and if you do see it’s quiet, get it done right then. The list be can build up really fast and if there’s about 5 or 6 cars, be ready to wait about 25 to 30 minutes at least.

Every time I come here there’s a long wait for the car wash. I made the mistake of buying a car wash ticket in advance. Every time I drop by here there’s a lengthy line. Today there where only 6 cars and with my car wash ticket set to expire in 2 days I have to get it done.Do the numbers: 6 cars times 7 minutes per vehicle. Is it really worth the wait? Never again!

Washed my car here 3pm January 6/22. When I got home, the car was filthy. I called them 6pm. They said if I had come in at the time, I would have got a free car wash. Well I didn’t notice until I got home. Too late now they say. Looks to me that they are using recycled water, so they are basically spraying your car with salt water.Even with a free wash, why would I go back and have my car sprayed again with filthy salt water?

DO NOT GO!!***CAR WASH OR GAS***Jan 20 2022, went there for car wash after the big snow storm. I have always used the Petro Canada App for car wash. Of course, The APP didn't work when it was my turn after long long line up.1. Spoke to Customer Service, we explained the situation asked if we could do car wash first and then go in to figure out what happened to the APP after - got refused** TERRIBLE ATTITUDE**2. I went in, explained the situation again, INSISTED to show PHYSICAL CARD. This is 2022 already. **Forced to pay for the car wash**3. DID NOT ACCEPT American Express.All in all, been with Petro canada for 10+years, first time seeing this and will not return there again.

Worst customer service ever. Sales rep was very rude. We wanted to buy water and snacks the sales rep told us it was pay at the pump only and we'd would have to wait for 30 mins to buy water. Appalling.

Car wash was good except there is always a line up. Approx 5-6 mins per car. My car is usually very clean after wash in this location. There is no track in this wash and is touch free. Just drive in and stop when it says stop. U can wash your car using phone app or actual card. Location is convenient!

Terrible customer service. They are always rude. We told him the carwash was not working properly and that it won't accept the wash card and he said well can't do anything about that ... I asked him if he can just print me a scan wash ticket because he can check my account and see that I have not used my daily wash. He gave me such attitude that I couldn't believe he works there.Tiny little location, but if you're looking to gas up just go somewhere else!! This location is somehow always more expensive than others too.I recommend going to Pioneer up at Major Mac and Markham instead
