Cory and his team were the best contracting company I have ever worked with. Unless I am forced or they go out of business, I will always call Clement Contracting first. Cory designed and built the most beautiful, functional and perfect deck and I enjoy it so much! He was extremely efficient, kind and creative, open and honest, affordable and my daughter waved at his team for roughly 90% of the time they worked. They waved back, constantly. Everyone was wonderful and the deck turned out SO much better than I imagined. Cory and his team went over and above to create something unique and beautiful! Best contracting company in Winnipeg. We enlisted Clement Contracting to install a new fence for our backyard earlier this year. While there were some roadblocks along the way (lumber shortages, COVID, etc.), Cory and his crew were professional and reliable throughout the process. I commend Cory for his willingness to communicate via text, phone, and email in a prompt manner. He was always quick to answer questions and provide updates on our fence install. Our property caused some issues (underground lines, etc.), however Cory provided multiple solutions and navigated these issues effortlessly. Moreover, there was a small issue that came about recently that necessitated a quick fix and Cory personally came back to our house, 3 months after completing the fence, to remedy the situation; on Christmas Eve, no less.If you are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable contractor, look no further than Clement Contracting. We hired Clement Contractors to do our fencing back in 2019 and we were more than happy with the final product and if that was not enough we encountered frost heaving due to which our doors wouldn’t open and just a call to them and they came and fixed it in 2020 and now again in 2021. We have to say that any other job in our home or friends and family and the only name we recommend is Clement Contractors

Cory knocked it out of the park for us this summer! As new homeowners with no experience with outdoor construction, from day one when we met, we knew we had found the right guy. Cory helped guide us through the design, quote, and installation of a fence system for us (and our neighbors), and a new expanded front landing to cover up a set of crumbling concrete steps. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is impressive, and we quickly learned that this guy cuts wood…not corners! He was a consummate professional throughout the project, giving us clear dates and timelines of what was being done and when. He was able to work within our budget and kept to the quotes that were provided and was very reasonable in comparison to some of the other quotes we had seen. We are already planning our next project for Cory and the Clement Contracting team, and if you are too don’t hesitate to give them a call. Highly recommend Clement Contracting. We were looking for a contractor to finish our basement and Cory was informative, prompt, understood our needs, and was extremely communicative.Cory and his crew took an early 1900s unfinished basement and turned it into a modern, functional living space.
