I've known Blake a long time & he has helped me with several renos, when I lived in New Minas so it was only natural to call him at Precision to have him install the electrical for my hot tub. He was very knowledgeable, you could tell it wasn't his first hot tub job as is with anything he does.

Blake solved a very puzzling electrical problem that appeared just before we were expecting to close on a house sale. Was able to respond the same day (imagine!) and got everything dealt with professionally. Would definitely recommend Precision for your plumbing and electrical needs.

Our furnace started acting up and was not heating our home properly. I contacted Blake with Precision Home Services to book an appointment, and he was able to stop by the next day. Blake and another specialist arrived at the time they agreed to, and were polite and professional.They were knowledgeable, and checked various components of the furnace to troubleshoot the problem. As a homeowner, I like to understand what repair specialists are doing when they enter my house, and Blake was comfortable having me present while worked, and took the time to explain what he was checking, and how it may be leading to the problem that we had with the furnace.After they had gone through the various components of the furnace, Blake discussed the possible failures, and what he recommended we replace. We ended up just needing a new capacitor. He promptly ordered the part that we needed, and kept us informed on the shipping time while we waited. Once he received the part, he was able to install it the next day.I appreciate the professional and transparent approach that Precision Home Services took when troubleshooting and repairing our furnace.
