Very shady business practices and unpleasant saleswoman at the counter. They prey on people who don't know any better and make prices out of thin air. I was quoted $35 for a battery change, but reading the other reviews here (quoting 70+ dollars for a battery change, $25 for a springbar), it seems like they quote battery changes based on the status and brand of the watch, which is absolutely ridiculous. Every type of watch battery can be bought from watch supply houses for less than $1 and it is less than 2 minutes of work to install one. It does not matter if it's a Casio or Omega, the procedure and cost of battery is the same.The sales woman is also very insistent on upselling different products. I'd much rather speak with the watchmaker and just finish the transaction and go about my day.

Vivian and team are marvelous. I truly appreciate the professionalism and knowledge. So many beautiful things to purchase. My mantle clock was fixed perfectly, and I will be servicing my Omega there for sure.

These people really know their stuff. Quick easy service friendly and polite.Kind of seems like people are ganging up against them in the comments, are these people adults? I remember I used to be a friendly place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!Horrible experience! I went to this shop twice and the lady working there is so unprofessional and rude. She treated me in a very poor manner the first time and just wouldn’t answer me. I went in looking to get a vintage watch. That first time I just left from her ill-mannered service.I went one other time with my husband and she just kept screaming “one customer at a time” so I told her we are together and she just kept yelling.That lady is so rude and was treating me and my husband so badly when we did nothing to her!! I was going in to buy a watch!!The fact that she replies badly to the horrible reviews she gets says so much about her.It was no surprise when I saw how horrible the reviews are for this place. I should have checked first.

I have visited this shop many times and have always been completely happy with the service. More than once I have been told by other shops that a particular watch is not repairable only to have the work completed at The Watch Clinic. They also have a terrific variety of watch straps. Service is always friendly and attentive. Thank you.

Vivian is not only an expert in watch repair, she has a keen eye for jewellery. She helped me pick out a gorgeous chain for my pendant. Excellent service!

I have a 100 year old barometer that I was sure was broken beyond repair, but they managed to fix it fairly quickly (within a few weeks). I’m very happy with the service that I received, plus, it’s good to know that they can fix many things other than watches. It has the feel of an old Mom & Pop type business - they’re very welcoming and appreciative of their clientele. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future business or to recommend them to others.

I am honestly shocked by the amount of low reviews because Vivian is the sweetest soul with the kindest attitude.She’s very knowledgeable, client focused, and great to be around. I took in my watch for a battery change and because part of it was stuck - and they fixed it fast and well. Trustworthy place with amazing people.Thank you!

Went in here a couple of years ago and promptly left because of the rude Karen. Went back in today, needed a watch battery replacement. Same rude and abrasive Karen.The sign outside says 10$ (and up" to be fair) for a battery replacement. When I asked her the cost

Rude service, was not permitted to enter shop without a mask. Also wasn't entirely happy with the repair work done on my watch, continued to have same issues after a week.
