Change of personnel at the Taylor location with a noticable decline in customer service. No greeting or appreciation shown or expressed for my business. Had to fold and file documents in folder myself and was told receipt was to be kept at home when in fact it is to be kept with the registration certificate. Better training is needed for new counter staff who don't seem to really understand coverage and procedures.

Great business, Mary, one of the autopac advisors is highly knowledgeable and can assist in almost any autopac related need.

Ajay Bagwe was wonderful to work with and walked me through getting some new discounts for my rental insurance. I'm actually going to pay $100 less for an extra $10 000 in coverage.Very kind, willing to explain everything and did not push to sell me anything new. He genuinely cares about saving customers' money, which I realize makes me sound like a corporate shill or a bot, but I'm actually a legit customer. I just really appreciate it when I have great service.

Had an EXCELLENT experience with Mary B. at this location who helped me navigate some confusing waters pertaining to handling some license/insurance matters for a family member, on their behalf, while they are unable to visit the office. Mary was incredibly friendly, extremely patient, compassionate and offered VERY valuable insight and advice for how to best circumnavigate the matter while also lending input on how to be prepared for any future matters that could/may arise. Mary made what could have been a nightmare of a situation involving loads of paperwork, signatures, etc etc into a VERY pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to refer others to her helpful attitude and invaluable assistance. While the matter involved two trips to the Coughlin office, after our first interaction, I called to make sure she was working on my return trip as I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. Local businesses and customer-facing staff could take a lesson from her, and I can't quantify how much I appreciated having her in my corner, she is a GEM. Thanks again for all your help, Mary, and while I can't speak to the other individuals at the office, having not interacted with them, but if they are even remotely close to Mary's level, you are in great hands. I would rate the experience I had with Mary a 6/5 if I could. It is rare to find such satisfaction and pleasure when dealing with matters like these, but she transformed the experience greatly.

Coughlin Insurance has offered me excellent service on a number of occasions. Most recently, an agent from Coughlin noticed that I could receive the same house insurance coverage for hundreds of dollars less and took the steps to switch my coverage. The whole process was seamless!

I recently moved back to Winnipeg from BC, and came here to transfer my license, which I was dreading because I, like many, hate paperwork.BUT! Mary was a delight to work with and made the whole process painless. I was in and out in about a half hour with a new license and new car insurance!
