We were seated at a filthy sticky table, had a waitress come by 10 minutes in to take our drink order-was annoyed we were also ready to order. Coffee showed up 10 minutes later. 45 minutes in a porter came by to clean table from previous customers that had used our table, was confused and asked why we were there- stared at us then left. An hour in table next to us left since they hadn’t even been acknowledged, no one noticed them leave. 14 tables of customers and 12 staff all bundled in the back by the dishwashing section in deep conversation, laughing and chatting away. No waitstaff on the restaurant floor, no one refilling coffees. The entire time we were there one order of food was actually served. At an hour and 25 minutes in we left, my brother stopping to pay for the coffees we’d had. Waitress was angry and walked away swearing under her breath as she walked past us. She walked in a loop to the back of the restaurant and complained to other staff and management while pointing at the 4 of us as the staff watched on. Several minutes later manager came up and was rude and aggressive with my brother and husband. Walked up on the offensive and escalated immediately. Did not ask why we were leaving, walked up yelling and behaving obscenely. Hadn’t left the parking lot when we watched another table of people leaving, also heading elsewhere to get a meal. We used to frequent this place and the service and staff were friendly and swift. New management and staff is disappointing, politely put. Wouldn’t recommend to an enemy.

I had the breakfast today. Darlene was my server and was absolutely incredible! She was super friendly and made sure my order was exactly like I asked. Thomas served me and this young man was very friendly and polite.

Have been having regular Saturday morning breakfast at this location for well over a year. Our waitress is Marissa and she is fantastic. Always quick with the coffees and a pleasant good morning and quick visit, when she has time. I hope with the change in ownership they will be keeping good staff on like Marissa.

We went in there for a breakfast.For my meal I ordered the Nutella waffle which was good with the right amount of sweetness and fruits.But the second dish, the egg crepe lacked flavours and the quantity of the fritters were too less. Same with the fruits.The maple syrup on the table was diluted by adding water as it had the consistency of a water not of a maple syrup.The server were helpful and polite.All in all it could have been a better visist if the portion sizes was adequate.

Darlene was absolutely fantastic. Really concerned how management treats their wait staff though, she couldn't stop apologizing for things even though she didn't do anything wrong. People should remember this is a breakfast spot, nothing needs to be perfect to be great. Good food, great staff. Thanks Darlene!

I normally order their mushroom eggs Benedict, and I've noticed it hasn't really been as good as it was before. The coffee is also too strong, so not the best tasting. Their pancakes are some of the best pancakes I've had, however.On a different note, one of the main reasons I continually go there is because of their staff, most notably Marissa Gallard. She treats us like family every time we are there and we always leave with a smile on our faces whenever she helps us.Apparently that location is undergoing new ownership, so I believe they may be changing their staff. I really hope they keep Marissa, because she definitely deserves the recognition of her amazing customer service and hard work.

Normally I'm a huge fan of Tutti Frutti. Not this location. Firstly, the restaurant had a televangelist channel on the tvs. Unacceptable. Second, the service was really bad. Took a very long time to take our order, and we waited 30+ minutes for our bill. We also didn't get a coffee refill until we started getting ready to leave. Food was also not great. Bacon and fruit was fine, but the pancakes and waffles we're undercooked.

Our Favorite breakfast place! Food always comes out fresh and delicious. Service is great. Only thing I’m disappointed about is they don’t clean the syrup bottles (and maybe all the condiments on the table). The one at my table was super sticky, and so I asked one of the servers to clean it for me. She wiped it with a wet cloth once but it wasn’t enough. When I told her about this she gave me another one from another table, only this bottle was just used by a couple of customers and had old ketchup on the lid. It was really gross and I had to wet a paper towel in the bathroom so I could wipe it myself. I could’ve given this location 5 stars but cleanliness is a big deal and wiping condiments after they were just used should be a common courtesy.
