Swim Time Pickering
My children have been attending swimming lessons at Swim Time Pickering, they are having so much fun there. However, I don’t recommend it for children with special needs, my son has been there for 3 months now and he still can’t move his legs and most of the time he’s left at the corner with an instructor, I think they don’t have the experience to deal with special need children.

Swim Time Pickering
Extremely happy with SwimTime Pickering. Our son failed level-1, NINE TIMES! at another facility nearby. Multiple private and group lessons were unable to effectively teach him get past his fear of putting his face in the water. He hated going to swim lessons. In a few short months, our 8 year old is excited to jump into the pool and swim underwater. He has already progressed to Level-3. Highly highly recommend SwimTime.

Swim Time Pickering
I have two kids in separate sessions at Swim-time Pickering. My eldest at age 9 had a fear of dipping his head into the water and would plug his nose if he had to dip. From week 1 to week 3 he went from fear to swimming a short distance. I tried taking him to a community centre a few years ago and it cannot compare to the one on one and foundational principles he learned at Swim-time. Thank you to the amazing staff who have taught my kids valuable life skills. We are truly grateful.

Swim Time is amazing! Their small class sizes and warm pool make it a great place to learn to swim. The instructors are very caring and enthusiastic.

Collosal waste of money! No progress after 2 full seasons! My child is a tough one as far as swimming is concerned but then he should have gotten more attention if anything.. not less! The instructors are way too young and don’t have experience. They give up easily if your child needs lot of help.

Amazing staff and they are always watching the kids and on point with their teaching . Highly recommend this place as my child was so fearful of water and now swimming amazingly

Best swimming lessons in Durham region. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The manager Kristine is the best. She is always available to answer any questions we may have and just runs an excellent program overall! Definitely recommend

Swim time gas been great getting my now 4YO to swim, they give him enough flexibility within each class that it's not a super rigid structure while giving kids the confidence to swim.They come up with creative options to keep kids engaged and overcome children's nerves in different scenarios. Most instructors have 2/3 kids only so the children are actually getting extended learning/practice with instructors through that class rather than getting only a few minutes.Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend enrolling your kids in lessons here
