George Richards Big & Tall

Their clothes are OK. Don't order online. They are much slower than other online sellers. Just go to the store if you can. You can get what you want faster, if they have it in stock. But that is another problem, they often don't have many sizes of things in stock. So it's a catch 22, online they have stuff like t-shirts that I would want to buy, but they take a long time to get here; and in the store I can get things right away, but the selection is way more limited than what you find online. They are the only guys around who sell larger sizes so I guess we're between a rock and a hard place.

There’s always great deals on, and the customer service is unparalleled. Highly recommend for anyone looking to find clothing in extra-tall sizes, or looking to get fitted for formalwear. The selection is constantly changing, so there’s always something new and exciting to find. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Good store...just have to go for the sales as the regular price is pretty high

Great store for the big guy. I always head right to the clearance racks first because the regular inventory can be a bit pricey. Shop there often and they will make you a VIP customer and you will then always get 10% off.

Favorite place to shop. As a big fellow, I can find comfortable quality clothing and well priced.

✅️This store is great and one of the larger closer George Richards stores to our Burnaby area. Easy parking. This one is at Market Crossing, and has a large choice of really nice looking men's clothing! The people here are very friendly and welcoming, and they actually talk to you in passing, while you shop around. There IS somebody who does alteratio ns there, if you need pants hemmed, etc-salesmen are there for questions you may have regarding fit or adjustments needed. They have treated my husband really well for years now -and -they have agreat selection of underwear, outwear, and modern styles for Big and Tall men. They are always well-stocked for hard to find mens clothing sizes! Our go to" place for big and tall men's attire! ( Addendum! Just yesterday Easter- not knowing when they closed- at 5:45

I’m gonna give everybody an honest review about this place well about the products that they sell I had purchased a jacket from there the jacket cost me $275 it was a little more than what I thought I’d spend but I thought I was getting a good quality jacket I ended up washing it on gentle cycle like it said on the tag the jacket I came apart all the stitching was frayed and was coming out some of the logos were straight off it shrank I just like to say it’s very poor clothing and very cheaply made stuff that they sell there and they really gouge the customers on the price you are definitely not getting good quality clothing from there it’s cheap falls apart definitely would not recommend shopping there you can buy better stuff on Amazon way better quality and a better price whatever you do do not shop there you can probably buy better stuff at Walmart if you have to go there anyways Thanks for reading this I really hope it helps you

Great experience! When I walked in I was greeted by Syed, one of the lovely sales people, he left me in peace to have a look around.When I asked about something he was very attentive but not overbearing, he gave good advice and I felt no pressure to buy anything. There were a couple of items I liked but they didn't have a size that fitted me, unlike other stores I've shopped in, Syed told me they weren't a good fit and we then looked for something else. Ed the manager came to help when I was looking at belts, Syed had found me a great belt but it was too small, Ed said they would be able to order one in for me and it would arrive before I left to go back to the UK. I found Ed and Syed very helpful and nice, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this store again! This was a 5 star service.
