MP Peter Fragiskatos is so down to earth. My 9 y.o had written to him about something that was bothering him. His office was quick to respond back and arrange a call. Once he called he was extremely patient, kind and comforting towards my son and his grief. He assured him that if he needed any follow up on the same issue or any other issue that he thinks is important to him, that Peter would always be available to listen. He is very polite and encouraging.

I had an issue regarding Canadian Customs crossing the border which I reached out to Peter Fragiskatos office. Leaving 2 stars because the intake person was professional and was understanding of the situation, she did inform me someone would call me back that afternoon, however, that never happened. My situation did end up resolving itself with Canada Customs as I dealt with them directly and took my complaint seriously. Some assistance or advice at the time would have been appreciated.
