I've ordered several times from this company. And they've been absolutely excellent. The quality of the boxes are fantastic. And unlike some other companies, the boxes when folded up actually match up. I am very happy with the product.More recently, I placed an order for pickup, not realizing they're operating hours. I emailed the company in the morning and promptly got a response within a few hours. Their service is absolutely fantastic. If you order from them, you know you're in good hands. They've also made the accommodation for delivery for my order.I couldn't ask for better service and product.

I'm really glad that I chose to order my packaging materials from EcomPack because they prepared my order exactly as I asked, the prices are very affordable compared to other packaging supply companies, and they have great customer service. I definitely plan to order more from here in the future.

Lance was INCREDIBLY helpful assisting us finding the right box sizes and packaging materials for our business. If you are unsure of which size to get, i highly recommend calling him or sending them an email first. Quality materials and excellent customer service. Will come here again.

Honestly Ecompack is my new favorite now. Order placed on Sunday night and arrived on Monday morning. How efficient! Not to mention the one time I went to pick my my own order and the guy was super nice aswell! Highly recommend!!!
